Foster Care Recruitment Practitioner

Network Recruitment Solutions are a specialist recruitment agency, specialising in working within the Nursery and Social Care sector.  We are looking to recruit in our new Foster Care recruitment team.  This team has been recently established to recruit Foster Carers in the local community, the job involves the day to day administration, together with attending marketing events in and around the local community promoting foster carers as a carer, conducting initial home visits to assess for suitability, answering phones, sending out literature, managing assessments and working alongside experienced Independent Social workers.  This position is a fixed term position initially for 12 months and may involve some evening and weekend work ,  you will need to be very flexible have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a background in Social Care from NVQ level.
