Network Recruitment Solutions are acting on behalf of a Independent Fostering Agency to recruit for a Registered Manager to commence the role at the beginning of 2021.  The role is to be the Registered Manager for the agency and the role is a varied and challenging role.  You will be working alongside an experienced Responsible Individual and a team of people.

The agency is a small agency and responsibilities will include: Recruitment and Retention of foster carers, Supervision of all Social Workers and Staff Members, Liaising with Local Authorities over finance and placements, Supervision of foster carers, participate in strategic development and share the vision of growth for the agency.

The role would be suitable for either an existing Registered Manager who is looking for a new challenge or an experienced team Manager who would be looking to take their next step in the career ladder. This role requires a high level of safeguarding experience both in day to day practice and also in checking all aspects of written assessments. 

Quality Assurance is at the heart of the agency to ensure that all aspects of the work conducted is to a high standard and mets all of the expectations  of the agency.

To be considered for the role you would need to be approved by Ofsted and therefore the requirement for the role is that you possess a recognised Social Work qualification and possess either your NVQ 5 in Leadership or are willing to undertake the course once you have passed the Ofsted interview.
